Congratulations to the Year 9 Girls Rounders team for winning the Rounders England National Championships this term. 

The tournament took place at Leicester University on Wednesday 28 June, with 9 opposing teams from other schools around the country. This was one of four annual open competitions, which give the opportunity for schools to play against other schools in a specific year group. Rounders England created the School National Championships to allow players to experience qualified umpires and teachers to share best practice and ideas.

Mr Williman met with the team to congratulate them personally on their win and thank them for their part in keeping South Hunsley on the sporting success map.
