Congratulations to Year 7 Draco student Ava for taking part in the National American Miniature Horse Show near Coventry in June.

Amongst many other awards, Ava came home with the Reserve Supreme Champion award in the 12 and under category. This means that she has qualified for a further National event later in the year.

Mr Williman met with Ava to congratulate her personally, whilst Ava showed a small selection of her many trophies and rosettes from competitions she has entered in the past. Ava’s interest in horse riding has only grown from strength to strength since her love of horses from a young age, and her favourite hobby is spending time with her horse Manny.
