As we approach the end of another academic year, South Hunsley organised a celebratory lunch for the student union team in recognition of all their hard work across the school community this year.

On Tuesday 3 May, the team were invited to lunch with Mr Williman, Mr Jacobs and Mrs Bidder as a thank you for all the time they have dedicated to the school and the leadership they have shown. Mr Williman discussed the positive impact they have had on the school after an extraordinary couple of years, and shared his hope that they continue their involvement in community work and leadership in the future.

Mr Williman said, “The team have worked as a group in so many areas across our school community. Each of them have been fantastic role models for our younger students to aspire to and have left a strong legacy for student leadership at South Hunsley”.

Mr Williman and the student union team also gave a special thank you to Mrs Bidder who has worked closely with the students throughout the year, helping them to support community projects and provide guidance and advice.

We are very grateful to all our student leaders who dedicate their time and efforts to make positive changes across our school and we wish them all the very best of luck for the future.
