We were delighted to receive an update on Year 7 student George’s swimming successes this year.

George has spent the last 3 weekends competing in the Spring Yorkshire Swimming Championships in Leeds and Sheffield, which was a huge achievement.

George also became a 13 times Yorkshire finalist including a Silver and Bronze medal in the 100m and 50m Butterfly. He is currently ranked 8th in Great Britain for his 50m Butterfly!

His next step is the North East Regional competitions in Sunderland in April and May and to continue to remain on track for the Regional Pathway Programme once he is old enough.
