Pupils and staff were given the opportunity to take part in the annual Macmillan Coffee Morning on Thursday 28 and Friday 29 September – a nationwide fundraising event where people make or buy bakes to raise money for the charity.

Thursday’s bake sale took place next to the 3G pitch at lunchtime for pupils and Friday’s sale was held in all staffrooms across the site for teachers and staff to take part.

Macmillan are a UK charity to set up to support people living with cancer, providing emotional, practical, physical and financial support to those who need it.

Thank you to everyone who donated baked goods or helped to raise money for Macmillan, we were able to raise just over £300.
